They seemed to have ironed out a lot of their first year bumps. Much better communication and smoother process. Still wish they offered more bus stops, but that's probably a function of how many kids are signed up. Still the best option available. Overall we're much more satisfied as the year has gone on.
Not ready for rollout. Company needs to work on logistics and process. Poorly executed strategies.

We are very sorry you feel this way about us.
Just to clear things up, we’re an afterschool program, not a car service that goes door-to-door. We offer busing as a courtesy for our after school students and even extend that courtesy to kids who aren’t enrolled in our program, like your child.
We aim to teach mindfulness, but we can’t take the West side route your family requested due to bumper to bumper heavy traffic. It would make the last child wait an extra 30 minutes. We prioritize getting everyone home at a reasonable hour, especially the last child on the bus. A little kindness goes a long way.
Since 2014, we’ve provided over a million dollars in scholarships to kids who can’t afford our program and support our onsite schools. We’re lifelong educators committed to making the world better through kindness.
No amount of money is worth the stress. Our goal is to improve the world, one child at a time, and to win together.
It seems like we might not be the best fit for you, so we’re more than happy to refund your remaining balance for the semester.
